“Outstanding Service and Lifesaver on a Busy Holiday Weekend We cannot thank the team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Overland Park enough for their incredible help during Memorial Day weekend. Our original reservation at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Overland Park (12000 Blue Valley Parkway), which we had booked nearly three weeks in advance through AAA, was cancelled by the hotel with less than three hours’ notice — right as we were en route. The front desk at Holiday Inn Express was able to accommodate us on extremely short notice during one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. We truly appreciated their quick response and willingness to help our family when we were in a difficult situation. The hotel’s location was perfect — right near everything we needed, including shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family required. We were especially impressed with the quality of the continental breakfast, which was one of the better hotel breakfast spreads we’ve experienced. The entire service team was friendly and professional throughout our stay. This property turned what could have been a disastrous trip into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you need a reliable and conveniently located hotel in the Overland Park area.”

“The only negative I have about our room was the size of the TV. It is a minor thing, but it was the smallest hotel room TV I have seen in the last several years. Other Holiday Inn Express locations had a larger screen. Otherwise , we love staying at these hotels across the country because they are clean, friendly and convenient for us.”
